  • Adventures in the outdoors to include a hike in Harriman State Park, and time around the campfire in the woods.
  • Christ-centered conversations and hands-on activities focused on confidence, identity, purpose, and stronger relationships.
  • All-inclusive stay at a large beautiful cabin. 
  • Personal time for fishing, fun, peace, and self reflection. 
  • Connection with self, God, and other good men.

Jonathan Moses

Jonathan Moses

Jonathan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and owner of a private practice in Rexburg, Idaho. He’s most passionate about empowering people to discover their true identity and become the captains of their own lives. Jonathan is an Air Force Veteran. 

He absolutely loves living in Eastern Idaho and being in the beautiful outdoors. He enjoys all forms of adventure including mountain biking,  motorcycle riding, fly fishing, ice fishing, hiking, and is a big fan of Star Wars. Most of all, he loves spending time with his wife and six children.

Richard Haynes

Richard is a transformational coach and founder of Empower Potential Coaching. His work is centered on helping people get honest about what’s holding them back, reconnect with what matters most, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Richard brings a grounded, intuitive presence to conversations that invite men to look beneath the surface, challenge the beliefs and patterns that may be limiting them, and reconnect with their own strength and inner direction. His approach draws from neuroscience, somatic awareness, spiritual insight, and years of transformational coaching.

His mission is simple: help people remember their power, embrace it, and live it.

Jeremiah Woodruff

Jeremiah Woodruff is a Licensed Professional Counselor and owner of Core Connection Counseling in Rexburg, Idaho. He is passionate about helping men build stronger connections—with themselves, with their loved ones, and with God. He brings a warm, grounded, and straightforward approach that encourages honest conversation, personal responsibility, and practical steps toward meaningful growth.

Happily married with seven children and five grandchildren, Jeremiah’s perspective is shaped by his experiences as a husband, father, grandfather, and man of faith. He enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and helping men strengthen what matters most in their lives.
